Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery for refund or exchange.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.

Please send us a refund and return request to info@d-second.com

Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the returns instructions.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We require all returns to have been issued an RA number and shipped back with tracking confirmation

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, however all exchanged goods will ship back free of charge. 

Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive to d2 design studio.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen return packages. D2 design studio llc has the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.

Exchanges can only be made with the same style in a different size. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Condition

The merchandise must not be altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags.

Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of united states.
